To assure the transfer of ownership is accomplished correctly, the law firm Schwartz, Page and Harding has been engaged.

At our expense, they will coordinate the transfer of ownership with the City Of Houston, making sure the transfer satisfies the new owner and the City of Houston’s permitting Office.
