History Of Northwest Houston Wastewater Service Units
During the late 1970’s the Director of Water for the City of Houston approached a select group of investors to help fund infrastructure development for the rapidly growing Houston area. Among those investors was Dr. Daniel McKinsey Hallson, who along with his nephew, Don Hanna, purchased 782,846 gallons of wastewater capacity in the Northwest Treatment Plant Area.
The Wastewater Capacity Reservation numbers are 005329-001 and 012. Documentation of all previous sale transactions and confirmation from the City of Houston are available.
The Wastewater Capacity Service Units are available for new development, expansion, and renovation anywhere in the Northwest Treatment Plant Area (map included).
To date, all transactions have been transferred timely and easily on the books of the City of Houston’s Water Department.
Mr. Hanna, has the ability to sell the Service Units at the City’s posted price or at a discount, which is advantageous to the buyer.
The process is simple, and the buyer receives substantial savings.
